Streamness – What is the Next Nextopia?
Why are some people happier than others? Why do some companies thrive while their competition falls short? And why do hundreds of thousands of young people compete over a one-way trip to Mars? The answer can be found in the correlation between human evolution and modern technology, in what I call streamness. This phenomenon might help explain why modern companies like Spotify and Instagram produce such great results—they are built around a unifying meaning and they constantly move forward, with the help of others.

The future currency is you
In the age beyond globalization, where even Mars will be habitated in a few years’ time, the earth’s resources are becoming ever scarcer. Soon, it doesn’t matter how much money you have, it still won’t be enough. All that will matter is you – the scarcest resource of all. For the sake of the planet, and for your own happiness and success, it’s time to invest heavily in your YOU-capital. Here’s how and why.

If it’s work, it won’t work
You can do whatever you want, there is no end to the possibilities. And the same goes for your boss, your co-workers, your employees, and your customers. Even the people you love. That’s why doing something that is just "work" will never be enough. Stop working and make yourself, your colleagues, customers and loved ones happier than ever. This is what you need to do instead.

Money is so yestermillennium
It’s not the money anymore. Most of us have enough, but still can’t do and be everything we want. That’s why we look for new forms of capital, such as time, clout and FO. Capitals that form the world and inform our careers, consumption and personal lives far more than money.
